Elnur Azadov is an executive and investment expert with many years of professional experience in real estate, investment, construction and the management of business assets.

That career covers senior positions in real estate, investment management and business development at leading Azerbaijani holdings and companies. Elnur Azadov has extensive experience in managing large real estate portfolios, preparing investment projects, developing commercial assets and shaping strategic business decisions.

Over the years that record includes heading the real estate and investment departments of leading Azerbaijani companies, and taking part in structuring high-value projects, valuing assets and managing them effectively.

As a recognised expert on the real estate market, Elnur Azadov appears regularly on the country's leading media platforms, sharing an analytical position on market development trends, investment opportunities, the construction sector and market risks.

As deputy chairman of the Azerbaijan Association of Realtors, Elnur Azadov worked on the development of the real estate market, on aligning realtor practice with professional standards and on the institutional formation of the sector. As a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economy, Elnur Azadov also took part in discussions on the business environment and the development of the real estate and construction sectors.

As Executive Director of Alliance Real Estate & Investment, Elnur Azadov leads the delivery of the company's investment strategy, the development of its projects, the building of cooperation with local and international partners, and the shaping of solutions that create long-term value for investors.

Elnur Azadov has a family and three children, and speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
